Job Description
The HMN Traffic Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding, execution, delivery, and assessment of all HMN advertising campaign contracts across both Direct and Programmatic. The Traffic Manager will lead and administer campaign activation, trafficking, pacing/delivery, optimization, content, status reporting and third-party auditing/verification reviews to ensure that campaign deliverables exceed and comply with advertiser contract requirements.
This new role is strategic for the company, acting as the key collaborator between Ad Sales, Data, Finance and Operations across HMN’s nation-wide digital television, mobile, static wallboard and brochure networks. Both Ad/Ops and Content scheduling will report directly to the Traffic Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery.
